Wine Conditioner
Used to back sweeten a finished dry wine.
This wine conditioner is a blend of sucrose and sorbic acid. It is a sweetener/stabilizer. Add to wine to sweeten without re-fermentation. The addition ratio varies from 1 to 4 oz. per gallon. It is best to perform a bench trial on small amount of wine to achieve desired sweetness level. Then add appropriate amount to entire batch.
