Food for malolactic fermentation, added at start of MLF (but not to re-hydrate culture).
Acti-ML - Acti-ML is used for starting a malo-lactic(ML) culture. Using Acti-ML to encourage malolactic bacteria health is highly recommended. Add to one and two-thirds tablespoon of chlorine-free water (at 77 degrees ideally), let dissolve and add ML culture. If using a liquid culture, you may let it come to room temperature and add to Acti-ML directly. Allow to rest for 15 minutes, then add to wine.
